1.    You've sold out a certain design I really like, are you going to get more in stock?

Unfortunately, if it is from the Premier line, for instance the Batik collection, there would be no certainty whether or not it will be replenished. We have a limited amount of each design for each collection, making our products more unique and one of a kind. However, rest assured that our Classique/ Elegante line will be restocked from time to time.


2.    Do you have any gift certificates?

We don't currently have gift vouchers or member treats for our Online Store.


3.    Can I model for Heart & Shawl?

We are constantly searching for models. As there are several photoshoots throughout the year, kindly contact us with an updated picture for our consideration. We will get back to you if you have been selected.

 

4.    Is there a Heart & Shawl Facebook, Twitter, Instagram etc? How can I keep up-to-date with contests, offers and all other Heart & Shawl news?

5.    Do you plan on opening any physical stores?

We would love to serve you better by launching a flagship store in the near future. However, we do participate in numerous events especially during big occasions such as Eid. Follow up on Instagram or subscribe to our newsletter for regular updates.
